A gentle space for emotion.

Approaching trauma with compassion and agency.

About Plum

Plum Counselling was created in 2023 as a warm, compassionate space for children, youth, and adults seeking support with trauma, anxiety, low mood, and stress. Flexible counselling options are available across British Columbia, including in-person sessions in Dawson Creek, as well as virtual and phone counselling.

Plum Counselling is grounded in trauma-informed and anti-oppressive practice, with a focus on supporting individuals impacted by trauma and gender-based violence, including sexual assault, intimate partner violence, and childhood abuse. Sessions integrate creativity and evidence-based approaches to support inclusive, person-centred spaces.

Plum Counselling continues to centre inclusivity, equity, and cultural responsiveness in its approach to mental health care. Please feel welcome to ask about fully funded counselling options and direct billing.
